Authentic Antique Blue & White Platter 4441

Original Blue and White "Historical" Platter.  Made by Spode in the early 19th century, ca. 1830.  Wonderful original glazing.  The color is a rich medium and dark blue.  The scene is "Oriental Sports"  beautifully signed with an under glaze blue Spode marking.  Only minor glaze "rubs" around the edge-absolutely great condition for its almost 180 year age!
