Shipping Information
Maria’s ships via UPS or USPS. Items that are “in stock” usually ship out within 2-3 business days. Items may be shipped in multiple boxes. At Maria's, we care about the earth. We try our best to recylce whenever possible-including all shipping materials. It just makes sense. Shipping charges are calculated based on the item’s weight as well as distance. Please note, we only ship to street addresses. Antiques and various fragile items have additional shipping charges. All items are well packed and are shipped fully insured. Rush shipping is available if order is telephoned or faxed in before 12:00pm (Noon- PST.) Additional charges will apply.

If you are not completely satisfied, please call our Main Street office 1.650.941.9682, Tuesday – Friday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm within 7 days of purchase to inquire about returns. You may request an exchange or full item refund. ALL shipping charges are NOT refundable and you may incur an additional charge to send and/or receive an exchanged item. Of course, if the item arrived broken or the mistake was ours, no additional shipping charges will be added.
Returns
If you do need to return an item, please make sure to call our Main Street office 1.650.941.9682 to obtain a Return Authorization number. All items must be returned with original receipt, in new condition, unused, unwashed and with all original packaging. Please note: Antiques and vintage items are subject to a 20% restock fee. No exceptions will be allowed. Please pack items well and make sure there is a tracking number provided to you. Any loss or breakage for a returned item will be between the shipping company and YOU. Maria’s will not reimburse in any claim against such a shipment. Ship well packed item prepaid and fully insured to:

Your credit card will be credited the full item price within 24 hours upon receipt of returned item. All shipping fees are not refundable.
Payments
Maria’s accepts MasterCard and Visa. We will only charge your credit card when item is shipped. We will gladly accept telephone orders at 1-650-941-9682 Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 am-6:00pm (PST). A credit card release form may be necessary. We will fax this to you within 1 hour of your telephone order.
